With offices across Bengaluru & Mumbai in India and in Auckland,New Zealand, CCA offers consultancy services across South East Asia and Oceania, CCA was founded in 2007 by Raj Ramanujam. An Industrial Engineer with a Masters degree in Business and a thesis on Contact Centres, Raj is passionate about people management and process improvement. With over two decades of experience in the contact centre industry, Raj has worked across many sectors including, Media, Banking, Automotive and Travel.
The CCA team who work alongside Raj have extensive experience in delivering exceptional results. The goal at CCA is to provide effective solutions for their clients identifying the most efficient process.
